New Generations offers a wide variety of ways for you to access your accounts. Members have FREE access to 15 convenient locations and over 300 FREE ATMs in the Richmond area!* Members may also use our website, Audio Response telephone system, and speak with live representatives in our Member Information Center. We're here to help make accessing your accounts as easy and convenient as possible.

*Members may access any participating Credit Union Service Center outlet for routine transactions. There are no fees for using any CU24 ATM.
