Youth Accounts
Youth accounts are available to minors under the age of 18. Minors between the ages of 14-17 are eligible to open a savings account without a parent or guardian if the parent or guardian signs the parental consent form. A parent or guardian is required to obtain an ATM card. Minors between the ages of 16-17 are eligible to open a checking account and receive a debit card with a parent or guardian on the account. All parents and/or guardians must be in good standing with New Generations FCU to sign. After the age of 18, the youth account coverts to a traditional savings account.Click here to download our Parent-Guardian consent form.

New Generations FCU currently operates a Student-Run credit union branch inside of John Marshall High School in North Richmond. The Student-Run branch is available during lunchtime hours, and may only be accessed by the students and faculty at John Marshall High School. Other financial transactions and inquiries may be done at any of our other five branches, and at any Credit Union Service Center outlet.
